As good as gold
Suddenly everything is yellow. The sun is out, for one thing, and little suns star the verges: dandelions radiating cheerfulness, nodding daffs, yolky crocuses and golden celandines in damp corners.
Even better, at Morden Hall Park brimstone butterflies dance like flakes of sulphur in the mild spring air. After months and months of rain, these sudden, golden gifts are treasure indeed.
